Have ip address but no internet

I am having the same problem with this device. Unlike the previous post I am attempting to get this device to work with a Latitude 7400. I have attempted to release/renew and flushdns of this device. All of which have proved to be unsuccessful.I have read that this device was not tested. However I see that post was back in 2017.
